We understand your requirements

What kind of bag, printing, accessories, fabric. We spend time to understand your requirements to the tee so we can get your bag just right. Don’t worry, if you’re not sure, our customer service team will also help you out at this stage.

We send you a quote, and a digital mockup

The digital mockup will help you understand how the bag would appear. Once you approve the mockup and the prices, we move to the next step

At this stage, we will make you aware of all costs and options - including different types of printing and shipping. We keep our costing transparent so you can always choose different methods depending on your requirement

We make a physical sample

We will convert the digital mockup into the actual bag. We will then send you the sample, time permitting, or we will send you photos of the bag for your approval.

We go in for mass production

Once you confirm the sample, we will start with the order process, including sending you your payment schedule

And we deliver!

Lead times depend on factors like the order quantity and complexity of the bag and the print and is calculated from the time of proof approval. The rest of the time will be taken by shipping depending on the method you prefer.
